These general terms and conditions may be subject to change by LDPRESTIGE and, consequently, the consumer acknowledges that the general terms and conditions applicable will be those in force on the website when completing their order.

By making an order for a product advertised on the website https://www.ldprestige.com , these general terms and conditions of sale are fully acknowledged and accepted and the Buyer confirms that he has read them prior to completing his order.

1. Order

Orders are made exclusively through the website www.ldprestige.com. On receipt of an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer. This email details: order number, order date, reference, product designation and price, shipping costs, delivery address etc. The Buyer may at any time consult the progress of his order by log in to "my account", section "track my orders" on www.ldprestige.com. After receipt of payment, the order will be processed and an email informing of the shipment of the order will be sent to the Buyer. This email will include either the UPS/DHL or GLS tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of the shipment on the carrier website.

The order preparation time is between 2 and 7 working days after receipt of your payment. his period is given as an indication and may vary depending on availability and time of the year (holidays, leaves, etc.).
For Japan Racing rims, the average time is always between 6 and 15 working days (for customized assembly, the deadline can be up to 20 working days). 
The shipping company delivers your product in 48 hours after treatment in its warehouses (indicative time and which may vary depending on your geographical area, from Monday to Friday).
he average delivery time for Belgium and Luxembourg is 72 hours and 5 days for Italy.

2. Product characteristics and availability

LDPRESTIGE cannot be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products.

Offers on www.ldprestige.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) are valid only within the limits of available stocks.

3. Prices and taxes

The sale prices indicated on the website https://www.ldprestige.com are in euros with all taxes included (Euros TTC). . 
given in euro with all taxes included (Euro including VAT). Payment of products have to be made exclusively in euro, except with the express prior consent of LDPRESTIGE SARL.

EU residents are not exempt from French VAT.

If the Buyer is a resident from outside the EU , the VAT exemption will be automatically applied. No actions need to be taken. Entering the delivery address when completing the order will automatically activate the VAT exemption. This exemption will appear on the last step of validation of the order under the heading "tax-free". Invoice will be created without tax and requested payments will correspond to the order amount without taxes.

Entering the delivery address when completing the order will lead to a VAT exemption being applied. This exception will appear at the final stage when completing the order. The stage is called “Taxes”. ll sale prices indicated on the products detail do not include shipment costs, transportation taxes or duties in the case of shipment outside Metropolitan France. The Buyer will bare all shipment, duties, import duties or local taxes costs and will be billed for them. Duties, import duties or local taxes may be imposed and will be borne by the Buyer.

LDPRESTIGE SARL reserves the right to change prices at any time. Product sale price correspond to the price as seen online when orders are completed on the website https://www.ldprestige.com

4. Payment methods

All purchases made on www.ldprestige.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) are only payable the day of the order.

No product will be delivered to the Buyer if 100% of the sale price (including VAT) has not been paid, as well as all additional shipment costs.

Payment of your purchases can be made :

· Credit or debit card directly on the website, via secure transaction. National and international credit or debit cards are accepted using the Visa and Mastercard networks.

Gift cards are not accepted. Unless mentioned above, no other payment method is permitted.

LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) reserves the right to suspend any order and any delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit or debit card or other payment from officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment. 

LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor a order emanating from a consumer who would not have settled totally or partially a previous order or with whom a dispute of payment would be in the course of administration. 

Any delay in payment resulting from a rejection of the initial payment by bank card or any other factor will generate an increase in the amount due with the application of penalties for delays equal to the bank base rate plus 4 points and applicable from the day of delivery of the products. The buyer will also have to pay any bank charges incurred.

LDPRESTIGE SARL retains full ownership of the products sold until invoices have been paid in full, including fees and taxes

5. Methods of shipment

Our orders are shipped in France and worldwide using UPS/DHL or GLS.

The Buyer should give LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) during the order all the necessary information to guarantee the delivery in good conditions. The Buyer has to inform an address where delivery can be made during working hour.

In the event of an error when entering the delivery address, LDPRESTIGE shall not be held accountable for failure to deliver. 
Expenses related to the re-routing of the delivery to the same recipient, to another recipient or to a new delivery address will be borne by the Buyer.

LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARLs to deliver products within 30 working days in Metropolitan France and within 30 days to Overseas Territories and abroad, from the date the order is received and payment made in full, subject to the product being in stock.

In case of temporary unavailability of the product and if the new date of receipt communicated is not suitable for the Buyer, the latter will be able to cancel their order or chose another product. Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.

LDPRESTIGE SARL cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortages or unavailability of the product in the case of force majeure.

LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) shall under no circumstances be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery for the customer in case of force majeur.

Delivery shall be deemed to have been carried out on the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. Delivery of the goods will be made on signature by the customer receiving a delivery note.

The Buyer is obliged to verify that goods delivered are correct at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery note. Should the Buyer have any doubts about the condition or contents of their delivery, he should do the following: For shipments made by UPS/DHL and GLS, follow the carrier's procedure (including notification of damages, claims and reservations) and refuse the goods by immediately. The carrier's delivery note and notifying the carrier by registered mail. The carrier’s details will appear on the delivery note or on the invoice.

Report these incidents to LDPRESTIGE SARL who will take over control in order to proceed to another sending of the goods.

6. Shipping errors

If the Buyer finds an error in the preparation of the order, the Buyer is obliged to report this by email to contact@ldprestige.com

The email must include: the order number, the buyer's address, the date of delivery, the number of the delivery note, the references and the description of the products and the subject of the complaint and any products delivered by mistake (reference and quantity).

An email specifying a new delivery date will then be sent by email to the Buyer.

We will not be held liable for any errors when entering required information and as a consequence any delays to processing or errors in delivery. The costs incurred for the redirection of the order will be borne by the Buyer. Equally, in the case of a request for cancellation of your order due to an error in the address, incomplete address entry (missing door number or partial address) or in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

7. 3X Bank Card payment

Offer of payment in 3 instalments:

We offer a payment method over 3 instalments by bank card (Visa or Mastercard *) which allows payment in instalments 

over three stages:

Payment facility for holders of a bank card for a purchase between € 300 and € 3000,
Compulsory payment by bank card equal to 1/3 of the amount of the purchase and the balance in 2 equal monthly instalments, 
administrative fees corresponding to 1.4% of the amount of the basket (based on the 1st monthly payment), up to a maximum of € 9.
Example: for a purchase of € 300:  

- 1st payment to be made on the day the order is completed:  1 instalment of € 104.20 (including a € 4.20 administration fee at the time of purchase),
- 2nd payment 30 days after your order:  1 instalment of € 100,
- 3rd payment 60 days after your order:  1 instalment of € 100,

Total cost: € 304.20 as of 01/01/2017.

8.Right of Cancellation

According to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to cancel and return items.

Any request for return should be made by contacting us by email atcontact@ldprestige.com . You will then have to specify your order number, the items you wish to return to us and the reason for returning them.

Any request for a refund received byLDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) after the legal time limit of 14 days after delivery (postmark, fax or email receipt) will be rejected.

The returned items must be totally complete, with original packaging and in an appropriate condition for resale. We will not be able to accept the return of any items showing any signs of use on your part..

We therefore recommend to make a trial assembly first in order to avoid any dispute. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after being informed and receipt of the goods. In case of replacement of one or more items, if the price difference is in favour of LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL), it will be paid by the customer by cheque or credit or debit card prior to the new shipment; if the price difference is in favour of the customer, LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) will refund the difference within 30 days.

LDPRESTIGE SARL will not accept any items with postage due. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer. Upon receipt of products returned by the Buyer, LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) will send an email confirming receipt of the product from the Buyer. This confirmation will clearly indicate whether the product has been received.

as well as for the rims and tyres packages which are specific on each order.

9.Commercial guarantee

In accordance with Article L 217-9 of the Code of Consumption of the French Republic, in the event of product fault or non-functioning of a product, the buyer is entitled to the following conditions of guarantee: For a product purchased on LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) which benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity. The buyer will be able to find the guarantee period on their invoice.

Further to the guarantee of conformity, consumers have the guarantee of hidden faults provided for in Articles 1641 of the French Civil Code.

Customers can always contact LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) to find out the procedure to be followed in case of problems by email to the address contact@ldprestige.com In the case of non-conformity of the product, the Buyer may request repair or replacement of the product. Should it be impossible to make a replacement or repair them, the Buyer may request to return the goods and ask for a refund, or to keep the goods and to obtain a partial refund.

In all cases, the Buyer must be able to present the invoice of the product issued by LDPRESTIGE.com (LDPRESTIGE SARL) in order to benefit from the guarantee. LDPRESTIGE SARL cannot bare the costs of product downtime in case of repair, and no compensation may be requested by the Buyer. In case of repair of the product, or downtime, LDPRESTIGE SARL will not provide a substitute.

In the event of dispute of your order, you have the possibility to have recourse to a consumer mediation under the conditions envisaged under title 1 of the book VI (cf article L611-1 and following of the Code of Consumption of the French Republic)


Please note that LDPrestige does not provide any logo or emblem of car manufacturers.
We specify that LDPrestige does not support the provision of pneumatic disassembly assembly if an electronic valve no longer works during the warranty period.
Balancing being a free service when buying a complete rims + tires package, no balancing refund request can be made.
We draw your attention to the fact that it is sometimes necessary to perform a new balancing after the tire has rolled for a short period (break-in and set-up).
Like all orders via internet, during a request for after-sales service, the customer must send the equipment causing problems at his expense so that LDPrestige can make the replacement if it falls within the scope of the guarantee. Return postage is the responsibility of SARL LDPrestige.


LDPrestige does not send a replacement rim or tire without having previously received the defective product. Legal guarantee of conformity. the consumer :
- has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to act;
- may choose between the repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided by Article L. 217-9 of the Code of Consumption of the French Republic;
- is exempted from providing proof of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six (6) months following the delivery of the good.
This period is extended to twenty-four (24) months from March 18, 2016, except for second-hand goods. 

10. Applicable law

The general terms and conditions of sale set out above are governed by French law.

If one or more clauses of these general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared to be invalid or unenforceable under a law, regulations or as a result of a final decision of a competent court, the other clauses will retain their full force and scope.

In the event of a dispute between a consumer and a professional, the consumer may refer, in addition to one of the territorially competent jurisdictions under the Code of Civil Procedure, the jurisdiction of the place where he remained at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event. LDPRESTIGE uses the Payline system by Monext Via Cetelem for payments in 3 instalments.

In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" (Data Protection Act), No. 78-17 of January 6th1978, the Buyer has the right of access, modification, correction and deletion regarding his personal data on ldprestige.com
