The average delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days the day after the receipt of your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you can track your package with the codes sent by UPS to the following address: http://www.UPS.com/ or directly on our site in the menu "Follow your order", in your customer account.
We deliver orders in the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica), Germany, England and Italy. For any delivery in a country that is not in this list, please contact us before ordering.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you have received a notification after a delivery attempt, you can change your delivery options at UPS.com.
You have the choice between:
- Call: UPS will keep your package at a location near you so you can pick it up later.
- Delivery to another address: Provide another shipping address for the package.
- Reschedule Delivery: Specify a later date when you want UPS to deliver your package.
If UPS can not complete the delivery after the three attempts, the shipment will be held for a period of five days at the nearest UPS center before being returned to the shipper.
